Description

The CContractor shall provide to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, TN full service and preventitive maintenance on a Philips Intergris Model BH 5000 Cardiac Catherization unit and all peripherals/software. The Contractor shall furnish all services in accordance with the scope of work to include , travel, labor, materials, tools, documentation and parts required for the inspection, support and repair of equipment and software. Contract will be effective from January 1, 2001, or date of award, if later, through September 30, 2002. Solicitations will be available on or after December 7, 2001 by written request to the Contracting officer or via fax request at (901) 577-7242. Proposals are due December 20, 2001 All interested parties may request the solicitation. NAICS for this transaction is 811219 with a size limitation of $5million.
