- Description
- The work of this project consists of designing and executing an innovative, attractive, patriotic National Independence Day Parade on Constitution Avenue for the National Park Service, Washington, D.C. on July 4, 2002 base contract period for one year with the opportunity of four additional option years of performance, July 4, 2003 through July 4, 2006. Contractors must intend to perform all five years to be considered. The parade should have broad appeal to attract families, diverse age groups and persons from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. The parade should convey the spirit of the Nation's birthday celebration and may be based upon the diversity of national park resources as exemplified in the National Park System.
