- This announcement serves as notice of intent to issue a request for proposal The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a requirement for Technical Support for the Offices of Federal Activities (OFA). The applicable NAICS code is 541620. This effort entails support for OFA's domestic and international National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) related program responsibilities. This acquisition is a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) task order contract. It is planned to award at least one small business set-aside contract and a number of other contracts under full and open competition. The draft statement of work can be found at the internet site contained herein. The RFP is planned for release in mid-December.
