Description: The purpose of this modification is to RESYNOPSIZE for Meteorological Instrumentation Support Services UNDER RFO10-02-0006. Therefore, the current MISS solicitation number RFP4MISS is canceled. PLEASE REFERENCE NEW SOLICITATION NUMBER RFO10-02-0006 (REVISED METEOROLOGICAL INSTRUMENTATION SUPPORT SERVICES) FOR THE UPDATED METEOROLOGICAL REQUIRMENT. The purpose for resynopsizing is to change the acquisition method of the solicitation.
