- NA The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with the 8(a) firm Integrity Networking Systems Inc., 1001 Medical Arts Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102 for the Installation of the Fiber Optic Local Area Network infrastru cture in Building 20362 as part of the Belden/Krone 15 year warranty. Delivery and installation shall be FOB Destination not later than 18 Jan 01 and include floor drawings with completed installation locations. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Interested firms have 15 days from the publication of this synopsis to identify their capabilities and to respond to this requirement. All interested firms shall be Belden/Krone certified to maintain the gover nment's warranty. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotes. Qualification and capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Response received after the fifteen days or without the required information will be considered nonresponsive to the synopsis. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis is solely within the discretion of the Government.
