- Solicitation Number SP0450-02-R-1319, YPG1166000959, NSN 6850-00-194-3291, Desiccant, Activated. QPL Applies. 16 Desiccant Units Per Bag. Unit Fiber Drum is 150 Bags. Original Manufacturer?s Commercial Unit Packaging is required. Repackaging is not Authorized. I/A/W 13873 QAP-251. SPEC NR MIL-D-3464E. Direct access to Defense and Federal Specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet per the instructions below. Line Item 0001, Quantity 316 , Unit of Issue is Drum, ARO 60 Days and Destination is AQ5. Solicitation is Unrestricted. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The option to increase the Quantity is 100 %. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in solicitation. The solicitation will open on December 20, 2001 with a closing date of January 11, 2002.
