- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT NOW OR IN THE FUTURE. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The NAICS Classification code is 511210. The U. S. Coast Guard (USCG) Marine Information for Safety and Law Enforcement Office is conducting market research into the availability of web based COTS applications designed to assist in the management of emergency response incidents. The application should provide for the collection, management and reporting of emergency response information consistent with an Incident Command System (ICS) response structure. The planned server environment is Microsoft Windows 2000 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. The planned client environment is Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0. In order to be considered, the COTS products must leave a minimum or no footprint on the client.
