- Description
- Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to rehab 24 bathrooms and one toilet room in the Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ), one bathroom in Building D, and the toilet room in Building E of Coast Guard Activities San Diego. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 200 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 233320. Small Business size standard is $27.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. The solicitation can be downloaded from (http://www.eps.gov/) on approximately 20 Dec 2001. If it does not appear on that date, please check back daily. Due date for quotes will be 20 Jan 2002.
