Description: This solicitation is to provide services for planting, tubing and tubing maintenance/removal of Government furnished tree seedlings on the North Fork John Day Ranger District, Umatilla National Forest. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, except those designated as Government furnished, and incidentals to perform all work. Issue O/A January 14, 2002. The period of contract is approximately 31 days. Desired start work date is April 1, 2002.
