- Description
- The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) intends to negotiate with the MLMP Productions, to provide marketing and communications services to NHTSA in support of the partnership with Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART). These services shall include coordination, liaison and the presentation and discussion of NHTSA vehicle programs and strategic, with CART and their sponsors and promoters. Also, program planning, development and production of materials, marketing and placement of materials, and development and support of promotional events. Parties expressing an interest in this procurement must submit a written response which includes detailed information as to professional qualification and relevant expertise/specifically addressing organizational/personnel experience. Expression of interest without sufficient detail to permit evaluation of capabilities will not be considered. Oral expressions of interest will not be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations nor is a Request-for-Quotations solicitation document currently available. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive simplified acquisitions. In the absence of responses from interested firms demonstrating their capability, NHTSA intends to request a quotation from MLMP Productions, on a noncompetitive basis for the work described. Responses must be received by the listed procuring office within 15 calendar days from date of publication of the notice. ****
