Description: Provide supervision, labor and equipment necessary to keep the DBX5000 telephone system at the Hefner VA Medical Center, Salisbury, NC and the NEC 2400 system at the Winston-Salem (North Carolina)OPC operational. The includes, but is not limited to scheduled maintenance, adds, moves and changes. In addition to above services, successful contractor will provide parts for NEC 2400 system. Hefner VAMC will provide parts for the DBX 5000 system. NAICS Code is 811213. Estimated dollar value between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for the base year plus two, one-year renewal options. See numbered note 1. Solicitation will be available for downloading 11/30/01.
