- NA This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for construction, repair and renovation of the Airborne Area, building 1A at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Included in the work is demolition, carpentry, concrete work, replacement of existing HVAC system with new HVAC system, electrical, acoustical ceilings, gypsum work, painting, epoxy abrasion concrete flooring, and structural steel work. Estimated magnitude is $250,000 - $500,000. The action is unrestricted. The NAICS is 23331, criteria is $27.5 Million. Soli citation number DAAB17-02-B-0002 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disc will be available. Issue is in accordance wi th FAR 4.502, 5.102(d), and 14.205-1(a). Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after issue at the following internet address: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/busopor27.nsf/Login?readform. It is incumbent upon any interested sources to pe riodically access the internet site to obtain any amendments. Failure to obtain amendments and/or to acknowledge amendments by the time set for bid opening may result in rejection of your bid. Due to the use of electronic solicitation, the Government is u nable to maintain a bidders mailing list. However, bidders are encouraged to register for this solicitation and to view the registered firms under the ?Potential Sources? logo on the internet site. Bidders are further notified that bids must be submitted in HARD COPY ONLY. ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Estimated issue/opening dates are 21 DEC 01 and 22 JAN 02. Actual issue and open dates shall be as established in the solicitation.
