- Description
- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division , has a requirement for AN/SLQ-32(V)2 Restored Countermeasure System , in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Clin 0001 quantity 6 each, clin 0002, Data in accordance with the Contract Data Requirements Lists, data will be not separately priced, Clin 0003 , Option I, quantity 3 each and Clin 0004 , Option II, quantity of 1 each. The Government will provide GFM for the restoration of the systems. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Origin, deliveries wil be made directly to the ship and will be specified in the contract. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at source by the cognizant DCMA Office. Delivery shall be in accordance with the following schedule: 1ea 11 Apr 2003, 1ea. 6 Jun 2003, 1ea. 10 Oct 2002, 1ea. 26 Mar 2004, 1ea. 23 Apr 2004, 1ea. 24 Oct 2002, Option I (if exercised) 1ea. 29 Aug 2003, 1ea 12 Mar 2004, 1ea. 30 Apr 2004 , Option II (if exercised) 30 Jul 2004. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to Raytheon Electromagnetic Systems, 6380 Hollister Drive, Goleta CA 93117-3197. Sole Source is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Solicitation will be issued on or about 20 Dec 01, closing on or about 22 Jan 02. The solicitation will be available on the internet only at the NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane homepage located at www.crane.navy.mil/supply/announce. Hard copies will not be mailed.
