- Description
- The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA, Central Administrative Support Center (CASC) intends to purchase the following item: 500 each Diode Element, Semiconductor Device, Westinghouse Drawing Number 142C890H01, Revision J, or PowerEx part number R6202430. NSN: 5961-01-060-4951. This item is being purchased for the National Weather Service, National Logistics Support Center (NLSC) in Kansas City, Missouri. As this part is in support of the current NEXRAD program, alternative or like items shall not be acceptable without extensive testing. Any business capable of providing the exact make and model of the equipment referenced herein is encouraged to respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) days of its publication. Interested firms must submit in writing, its name, address, point of contact, telephone number, business size and a brief statement regarding its capability to provide the specified equipment. Also include the name, telephone number, and point of contact for businesses or other Government agencies for which it has previously provided the item. No response will be provided to any firm which fails to provide the required information. This is not a request for proposal and there is no solicitation available at this time.
