Description: The government intends to negotiate and issue a sole source award to Dubbs & Severino, Inc., 5 Los Gatos, Irvine, CA 92612-2982 in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 (attached and available at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/VFFARA.HTM) for the following non-personal services: The contractor shall integrate the Terminal Procedures from NIMA FLIP books for the areas of interest identified by AEF Battlelab. The contractor shall integrate aircraft checklists, to be provided in HTML format. Contractor shall provide technical support for overall Information Technology (IT) integration. These images, procedures and checklists will be automated on an electronic kneeboard for demonstration on or about Jan 2-4 2002. See attached statement of work for further details. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
