- NSN 0R-5985-01-437-5309-B4, Ref Nr 52050-1, Qty 9 EA, Delivery FOB Origin-- Other Remarks applicable to this requirement:\ It is anticipated that this requirement will be solicited to the one source approved source: L-3 Communications, Antenna Division, Menlo Park, CA.(50643) The Government does not have sufficient accurate or legible data or drawings to urchase this item from other than the above source, THE one design/source as the DRAWINGS ARE SOURCE CONTROLLED! -See the clause which defines, the process of: "Source Approval Required Prior to Award." Noting that these items were reviewed for screening, but found to be procured directly from the actual design, manaufacturer or vendor. To reiterate, NAVICP,the Government does not have drawings or other data in its possession for soliciting other than the above named approved source.
