This procurement is being made under the HUBZone Empowerment Contracting Program as part of the Small Business Reauthorization Act of 1997, and is therefore set-aside for certified HUBZone contractors per SBA approval and GSAM 519.1305. The original posting of this notice was 11/6/2001. Solicitation shall be issued 12/07/01. Construction shall be completed by 4/1/2002. The approximately 400 ton chiller shall be Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and manufactured by York International. The chiller unit shall be available after 2/8/2002.
