Description
1. Item 13.A, SF 1442. Sealed offers due date is extended to 11 January 2002. 2. A major amendment will be issued within the next ten days that changes the Basis of Award and the scope of the requirement. This is based on contractors concern that involves the coefficient factor, and how it will be used. In addition, this amendment will indicate that the initial contract will only involve 5 ConUS locations (Not including Wildwood, NJ), and that the 6 Alaska sites will be the subject of a new solicitation when the first Alaska project is funded. This is anticipated to be sometime in 2002, and will be posted to eps when appropriate.
