- Guide, Piston Assembly; NSN 1720-00-939-0113; YPC01262000573. I/A/W drawing nr. 16236 CN00-939-0113; I/A/W drawing nr. 80020 12-4226. Certificate of Quality Compliance, Measure and Test Equipment and Product Verification Testing apply. Quantity of 12 each to be delivered to Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk, VA within 180 days after date of award and 45 each to be delivered to XU Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Stockton, CA within 180 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 26 December 2001 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Availability of drawings. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable drawings with the solicitation. The applicable drawings are available at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. If the drawings are not posted at this website, see Clause L07 - Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. Federal, Military and Commercial specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. Proposed procurement contains a 200% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
