Description: Solicitation No. 261-0065-02 is hereby modified as follows: A. The following statement is added to page 7 "Special Stains will include PAS/PAS/digest, Alican Blue, Alcian Blue/PAS, Jones, trichrome, retculan, iron, B&B, Warthin, Starry, Dieterle, PAS fungus, GMS/fungus, GMS pneumocystis, AFB, Fite, Mucicarmine, Giemsa and Congo Red. B. Delete "Patient Name, Social Security Number and address" from invoice requirements on page 8. The offer receipt date has been extended to January 4, 2002 at 2:00pm PST.
