Description

NA This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation DAMT01-02-R-0025, Electronic Document Management (EDM) Technical Support. Block 10 of the Request for Proposal is hereby changed to read: This acquisition is 100% Set Aside for Small Businesses. Date and time for rec eipt of proposals remain December 21, 2001, 10:00 am local time. Amendment 0001 is also issued in response to the following questions submitted by prospective offerors: a. Question: 1. Is MTMC looking at integrating the new EDM with other systems or enhancing its capabilities through automated work management? Answer: Yes. We are looking at integrating the EDM suite with other in-house systems and enhancing capabilities. The Hummingbird EDM and Workflow products we purchased are ad hoc in nature, and closely linken to support multiple file formats to open, view native documents providing automated work management type capabilities. b. Is there an incumbent contractor on the captioned work? Answer: No. c. Question: Could you give me the POC of other contractors that provide similar services to you? Answer: This information can not be provided. d. Question: How are you working with the engineering, GIS and maps? Answer: The current system in place does not require much engineering, nor do we use GIS or maps in any current applications. Our current documents are mostly text, forms, and very few graphics.
