- NA Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision for a Job Order Contract in the 96th Regional Support Command (RSC) for the entire State of Utah. Work consists of maintenance, repair, renovation, alteration and new construction and may include all construction disciplines. The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with four one-year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guarantees a minimum of $150,000.00 per year with a maximum estimated ceiling of $5,000,00.00 per year. The magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to 8(a) firm s in Utah. If your firm is outside the geographical boundaries of Utah and are certified as having a bona fide place of business in Utah, you must notify the Salt Lake City Utah SBA Office to gain authorization to submit a bid to the solicitation. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Eligible 8(a) firms may request a solicitation package in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests being sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened.
