Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0116 with McDonnell Douglas Aerospace Corp. for an additional three (3) each retrofit kits for ECP 293, AMRAAM Illumination Antenna Horns. These kits are for the Spanish AV-8B Aircraft. McDonnell Douglas is the original designer for this retrofit kit and is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to perform this effort in a timely and cost effective manner. See Note 22.
