Description: The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, FL 32407-7001 intends to negotiate a sole source order with Burnham Polymeric Inc, South Glen Falls, NY for 33,000 feet of an improved Fiber Optic Micro-Cable (FOMC) using the Burnham patented manufacturing processes. The cable will be used for research and testing of an improved FOMC to withstand marine biological attacks Burnham is uniquely qualified to provide this cable due to their patented process of impregnating various mediums with varying quantities of attack resistant substances.
