Description
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research for a Portable Oxygen Generator (POG). The POG must be lightweight, self-contained, ruggedized and modular. It must be completely stand-alone and able to fit into Charlies Horse, Model CH101M4 Cart and Model CH661 Canister (both available on GSA Schedule contract GS-07F-0244L). These models are designations for a highly mobile container and component used to transport the POG and other supplies and equipment that comprise the Forward Resuscitative Surgery System. Additionally, the POG must be able to achieve a 20 Liters per minute of oxygen at 50 Pounds per square inch Gauge pressure and be capable of filling a D cylinder to 2200 PSIG in one hour and 16 minutes. The purity of the oxygen shall be 95% +/- 1%. This is anticipated to be a small business set aside. Small businesses with the capability of meeting the stated containerization and operational requirements should send a brief capability statement to: Commander, MARCORSYSCOM, Attn: CTQ3EW, 2033 Barnett Ave, Suite 315, Quantico, VA 22134-5010 within 15 days of the date of this publication. No solicitation exists at this time.
