- See numbered notes 1, 9, 13, and 26. This request for quotations is for the Pole, tent, light metal, NSN: 8340-00-782-3394, which shall be manufactured in accordance with Specification number MIL-P-43413D, dated May 7, 1984. DSCP shall require a quantity of 1100 poles each within this purchase order. There will be six deliveries 180 days after the date of award. Destinations are Defense Distribution Depot Albany, GA and Defense Distribution Depot Barstow, CA. All materials will be furnished by the awardee. FAR Part 12 procedures will not be used. This RFQ will be a total small-business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at https://progate.daps.mil/home after January 7, 2002. From the Gateway home page, select ?Search RFQs? from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The FSC and NSN notifications will also contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet. The solicitations will be in a downloadable, printable format when viewed with an Adobe Acrobat Reader. Free software is available at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
