Description: NA The Government intends to award a contract to Avion, Inc., Chesterfield, MO for 1 each upgrade of the Blade Static Balance Fixture System (BSBF) to the Universal Static Balance Fixture System (USBF) to include Delivery, Set-up and training. Avion is the s ole designer, developer and manufacturer of this item. The authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. There is no technical data package for this requirement.
