Description: The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has a requirement for a study designed to provide the OCC Executive Committee with complete information on the long-term impact of budget decisions on human resources. The contractor will be asked to conduct a study and analysis to determine the relationship between the OCC organization and its workforce. Further, the contractor will assist in developing a strategy to recruit and retain high-value employees.
