Description: In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-5 the Bureau of Reclamation intends to enter into a sole source cost reimbursement contract with the State of California Department of Food and Agriculture for the hydrilla detection and eradication throughout the Bureau's waterways in California. This effort is mandated through the State of California, Department of Food and Agriculture, Chapter 9, Specific Pest Control and Abatement Provisions, Section 6048.
