- Description
- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is soliciting sealed bids (Solicitation No. IFB 786-45-02) for the furnishing of Concrete Graveliners, delivered F.O.B. Destination Within Consignee's Premises to the Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 N. Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe, NM 87501. The contract will cover a base year of March 16, 2002 (or date of award, whichever is later) through September 30, 2002 with four (4) one-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2006. Units and services will be in accordance with the Statement of Work contained in the solicitation and the Commercial Item Description for Liner, Grave, Concrete, A-A-30194, dated July 26, 1993 (Metric). This is a Total (100%) Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 327390 and the Size Standard is 500 employees. All responsible small business sources may submit a bid. Requests for a hard copy of the Invitation For Bid (IFB 786-45-02) must be made in writing to the attention of Diane Campbell, Contract Specialist, Centralized Contracting Division (402D3), National Cemetery Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, 5105 Russell Road, Quantico, VA 22134-3903. Requests for IFBs must be accompanied by a cashier's check or money order in the amount of $5.00 (non-refundable), payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." No telephone requests will be accepted. Please reference number IFB 786-45-02 on all correspondence and bids. Hard copy solicitations will be mailed via the ordinary mails on or about February 5, 2002. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Bidders are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
