Description

Description: CRT Assembly, 10 each, part number: 4E39P33. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22 - Sole Source Note The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intend to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation - Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items), and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. The anticipated award date will be February 14, 2002.
