Description

NA Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to perform Consolidated Services including facility park cleaning and mowing, area and embankment mowing, refuse collection and transportation, pesticide/herbicide application, beach wa ter sampling and testing, and water system operation, monitoring, and testing, at Somerville Lake, Texas. Solicitation will issue on or about 22 February 2002 with proposals due on or about 9 April 2002. The terms of the contract will consist of a one-ye ar base period with four one-year renewal options. The Government intends to issue this solicitation and all amendments through the use of the Internet. No additional media (CD ROMS, Floppy Disks, Faxes, or paper) will be provided unless the Government d etermines that it is necessary. Contractors may view/download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: http://ebs.swf.usace.army.mil/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. All offer ors are required to check the Fort Worth District Contracting Division website daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Codes applicable to this project are 561720, Janitorial Se rvices which corresponds to SIC Code 7349, 562111, Solid Waste Collection which corresponds to SIC Code 4212, and 56173, Lawn and Garden Services which corresponds to SIC Code 0782. Registration for the bidder's mailing list for this solicitation can be o btained at the aforementioned web address. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
