NA Project Title: Janitorial Services for Lake Sonoma, Geyserville, Sonoma County, California, for a base year which will be the period from contract award through September 30, 2002 and three option years. JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide janitorial services at Visitors Center, Administration Building, Shop and Maintenance Office, Lake Sonoma, Geyserville, Sonoma County, California. NAICS Code: This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code: 561720. The size standard for this code is $12,000,000.00. Thi s procurement is set aside for Small Business concerns. Invitation for Bid (IFB): the acquisition method is Invitation for Bid. The contract specialist for this solicitation is Tricia Christie at 916-557-5228.
