Description

Design, develop, complete and deliver 100 copies of an interactive CD-ROM virtual tour of Hubbell Trading Post National Historic Site. Project shall include appropriate and accurate text for the captioning and verbal dialogue, interpreting the virtual tour and curriculum based information, record the video/visuals used on the CDs, and provide state of the computer system (computer, screen, keyboard, mouse) for viewing of the CD in the visitor center. The approved system shall include programming, delivery, installation and training to park personnel. On-site only reference material shall be available at Park. A pre-bid site visit will be required at Hubbell Trading Post, Ganado, Arizona. Call Mary Furney at Hubbell Trading Post 928/755-3475 for appointment. A bid package can be obtained at pre-bid site visit. All bids shall be considered by all responsible sources. Bids must be mailed to Contracting Office (see line number 7). No faxes or oral bids will be accepted. Sealed bids shall be opened and awarded at Petrified Forest National Park at 1:00pm March 29, 2002. Delivery schedule shall be: written progress report every two weeks after award; first and final drafts submitted and approved before CD production, and approval of computer system before delivery. Estimated start date: April 1, 2002. Estimated completion date: August 30, 2002.
