Description: The project objectives are to have a contractor perform audits and/or auditability assessments over DFAS working capital fund or general fund activity as defined by specific task orders. The Government intends to award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), under FAR Part 8, to the GSA contract holder whose proposal is determined to be the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The period of performance for the resultant BPA will be five (5) years, or upon expiration of the FSS schedule.
