Description

NA NSN: 1560-01-110-1442,PN:70216-01007-067, PRON: AX2F0016, Solicitation Number: DAAH23-02-T-0173, Quantity:91 each, applicable to the UH-60 Airframe/Power Train Unit. F.O.B. origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. This requirement is 100% small business set -aside. The closing date is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 91 each, 36 0 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test (FAT) Report is due 228 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 240 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineerin g, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the government. By U.S. Law, participation in Sm all Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
