- This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 561710. The size standard is $5.0M. The work requires the Contractor to provide all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirements for Base wide Pest Control Services at the Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA. This procurement is for a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract for a base period and four option periods. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, transportation, and management necessary to perform the work in accordance with the contract requirements. Services shall be provided as specified in the contract. The estimated availability of the solicitation will be 15 February 2002. Award will be based on Price Only. THE SOLICITATION SPECIFICATIONS ARE LIMITED TO THE ELECTRONIC WORLD WIDE WEB ONLY AND WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD FREE OF CHARGE AT http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. THE OFFICIAL PLANHOLDERS LIST WILL NOT BE FAXED AND WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE AT THE WEB SITE ADDRESS LISTED ABOVE. REGISTERING OFFERORS AND PLAN ROOMS MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE NAME, COMPLETE MAILING ADDRESS, AREA CODE AND PHONE NUMBER, OFFEROR TYPE (PRIME CONTRACTOR, SUBCONTRACTOR, SUPPLIER AND PLAN ROOM) AND E-MAIL ADDRESS. Notification of any changes (AMENDMENTS) to the solicitation will be made only on the Internet. It will be the contractor's responsibility to check the website continually for any posted changes.
