Description

The U.S Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Electrical and HVAC Renovations located at Residence #5 White River National Wildlife Refuge, DeWitt, AR. Work includes but is not limited to; installation of complete electrical and air conditioning system including panels, wiring, receptacles, gas furnace and ductwork all in accordance with specifications and drawings. This is not a small business set-aside in accordance with the latest quarterly adjustment under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code is 235110. The size standard is $11.5 million. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The tentative IFB issue date is on or about 02/27/02, with a 30 day closing. Requests for RFQ shall be in writing, stating RFQ number 401812Q045, complete company name, point of contact, address, area code and phone number/fax number. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued, with a performance period of 90 days from the Notice To Proceed. The anticipated award date is 04/04/02. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
