NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DAAD05-02-T-0226. CLIN 0001 Fabricated Custom Interior Tool Cases for Unit Level Tools for the M93A1 FOX NBCRS, Black stainless stell hardware, airt ight with breather valve, polyethylene cushion 2# PCF, OD-137 in color, stencil-polymark ink, black (5), pouch for nomenclature sheet in lid. 1 set consists of 5 cases; part numbers 16139-0301, 16139-0401, 16139-0501, 16139-0601 and 16139-0701. (QTY 23). CLIN 0002 Fabricated Custom Interior Tool Cases for DS Level Tools for the M93A1 FOX NBCRS, , Black stainless stell hardware, airtight with breather valve, polyethylene cushion 2# PCF, OD-137 in color, stencil-polymark ink, black (5), pouch for nomenclat ure sheet in lid. 1 set consists of 4 cases; Part Numbers 16139-0801, 16139-0901, 16139-1001 and 16139-1101. (QTY 23). Requisition Numbers W91CPT20363001 and 3002. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination. Delivery shall be to GDLS, 6000 3. 17 Mile Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48313. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Pa ragraph (a) are ?Price and Past Performance? and ?less important than price?. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
