Description

NA The work consists essentially of Rental of Marine Dredging Equipment with operators, Rental of Additional Disposal Equipment for Upland Disposal of Dredged Material with operators, and all operating supplies for channel maintenance dredging, Big Sandy Rive r near Kenova, West Virginia. The approximate time of performance will be for a base period (June through July 2002) with four option periods (approximate sixty calendar days in 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006). The estimated cost range for this project, incl uding the option periods, is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (A) Experience; (B) Management Plan; and (C) Equipment. Contract type will be Firm Fixed Priced with estimated hours, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a Technical/Price competitive range.
