Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport intends to award an ?M? type Supply Purchase Order with Firm Fixed Price Provisions to Titan Atlantic Aerospace Division, 470 Totten Pond Road, Waltham, Massachusetts, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source under Federal Acquisition Regulations Parts 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and 13 ? Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to obtain: Four (4) VME RACEway Fiber Optic Interface Boards, Titan?s part #AAEC-RFOIB, Rev. D3. Award is sole source as the parts are required to be interchangeable with other parts. Delivery is required as FOB Destination to Newport, Rhode Island, 90 days after date of contract award. The North American Industry Classification is 334112, 1,000 Employees. This acquisition is unrestricted. Estimated RFQ date is 2/15/2002.
