Description

The National Science Foundation, Division of Administrative Services, Procurement Section is soliciting for the printing of NSF 01-168 Industry/University Cooperative Research Centers Fact Sheets. This procurement will be a small business set aside and completed in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures. Page count is: Fact Sheets: 102, Index: 2, About NSF: 1, Overview: 4, Tabs: 12. Trim size is 8.5 x 11". All materials will print in 4-color process (CMYK) and be 3-hole punched to fit in a 3-ring binder. Fact sheets, index, about NSF and overview print on 80# Northwest Gloss Text or comparable. Tabs print on 110# white index. Electronic mechanicals/artwork will be QuarkXpress (Mac). 3,250 complete sets will need to be printed, collated and inserted into binders provided by NSF. Contractor will also be required to print 1000 extra copies of each fact sheet and shrink wrap them. Each contractor is responsible for obtaining complete RFQ details at http://www.nsf.gov/home/about/contracting/printing/nsf01168printbid.htm. An email request to tmclendo@nsf.gov will be accepted in the event that the contractor experiences problems downloading the RFQ. Failure to respond prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your quote nonresponsive and result in rejection of the offer.
