Description: The U.S Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to award a sole source, fixed priced contract to Breath's Boats and Motors to repair and outfit a 22' Boston Whaler Boat. Pursuant to 41 U.S.C.253?(1), as implemented by 6.302-1,(b)(1)(I), this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304. Breath's Boats and Motors is the only Boston Whaler dealer in Mississippi. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within its discretion. No responses are necessary.
