Description

NA Indefinite Delivery contract for multi-disciplinary A-E Services for the Idaho National Guard. The total fee for this contract may not exceed $2,000,000 per year with individual Delivery Orders not to exceed $550,000. The performance period is one year w ith four additional one year options at the option of the Government. The guaranteed minimum for the base year is $2,000 and for each option year if exercised. This acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed price contract involving Type A, Investigative Se rvices; Type B, Design Services; and Type C, Inspection Services. Work is expected to include, but not limited to, Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Geo-Technical, and Environmental. Firms having the capability to design projects requiring the disciplines listed are invited to submit SF 254, (Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire). Firms responding to this announcement within 30 calendar days of this notice will be considered. Selection of the firm will be based o n the following criteria in descending order: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of the required services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, including where appropriate, experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and the use of recovered materials; (3) Capacity to accomplish work in the required time; (4) Past performance on contracts with government agencies and private industry in terms o f cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules; (5) Located in Boise, Idaho and having knowledge of the locality of the project; and (6) Acceptability under other appropriate evaluation criteria. The SIC Code for this procureme nt is 8712. SF 255 (Architect-Engineer and Related Services for a Specific Project) will not be evaluated. This is not a Request for Proposal. See Note 24.
