The System is designed to be for Extended Cold Weather and designed to wick away moisture and provide warmth. The Maine Army National Guard is l ooking to purchase 22 sets of lightweight and midweight underwear. Plus, 22 medium weight stretch bid overalls, pile jacket and wind resistant jacket. Color must be black and sizes from medium to x-large.
