- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) request your comments and recommendations on the attached draft statement of work (SOW) for Integrated Ethics Learning Materials for the National Center for Ethics. VA is in the process of identifying offerors capable of providing the subject services listed in the attached draft SOW for a future procurement. We would like interested parties to provide a rough order of magnitude estimate of the cost for the subject work and provide us with the qualifications and experience of your firm. Please provide your comments, recommendations, rough order estimate, and qualifications to Mr. Domenico M. Ventura via e-mail by 4:00 p.m. March 4, 2002 at Domenico.ventura@mail.va.gov indicating your interest this program.
