Description

NA The Edgewood Branch of the US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center announces its intention to solicit and award on a sole source basis for system development and demonstration efforts to militarize and field test the Laser Interrogation of Surface Agents (LISA) system currently being developed under contract DAAD13-01-C-0018, by ITT Industries. ITT Industries is uniquely qualified to perform this effort without substantial duplication of costs to the Government, due to prior developmental work. See Note 22.
