Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 2800 rentable square feet of office and warehouse space within the area of Taft, California set out below. The rentable space must yield 700 useable square feet of office space and 1900 usable square feet of warehouse space. The building must be of sound and substantial construction and be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive professional surroundings. The building must meet handicapped accessibility requirements for new construction, must be in full compliance with seismic requirements, and must be altered or constructed to meet the Government's needs. The lease must be fully serviced. The lease term will be for 8 years 5 years firm. Area of consideration: within the city limits of Taft, CA. Expressions of interest should include the building name and address, rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot, method of measurement used to determine rentable square foot, common area factor(s) for available space by floor if applicable. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by the brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
