Description

DESCRIPTION: General Services Administration is Interested in Leasing Approximately 1,150 Rentable Square Feet of Office Space Which Will Provide 900 - 1000 Usable Square Feet for the Federal Supply Service, Motor Pool. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: None LOCATION: The space must be located within the city limits of Farmington, NM, preferably close to downtown or in the downtown area. TERM: The space is required for 10 years with the Government having the right to terminate after 5 years occupancy. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than March 5, 2002 and should include the following information: Street address and Building name, if applicable; Square Footage offered; Name, Address, and Phone Number of Individual to be contacted; Evidence of Authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS; In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
