Description

The above referenced request for quotation is hereby amended to respond to questions submitted and to extend the due date for receipt of quotations by one week. Questions & Answers: QUESTION: Which readability specification are you looking for .002mg through the complete range of the balance or a dual range balance? ANSWER: The required readability is 0.002mg (2ug), and the required range is 0-21 g. Dual range is not a requirement. QUESTION: Are you willing to accept a balance with equivalent or better specifications if a printer is included at no charge? ANSWER: If a vendor is willing to provide a printer with similar function, that is acceptable as well. The due date for quotes, Thursday, February 21, 2002 is hereby extended one (1) week. All quotes shall be submitted not later than Thursday, February 28, 2002 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
